Recently, the biomass biogas purification natural gas project invested, constructed and operated by Weirli (Changzhou) Bioenergy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Weirli Group, was successfully put into the urban gas pipeline network for a production production. This is another benchmark project of Weirley Group in the field of biogas. The scale of the group's biogas business has reached a new level, providing hard-core support for the transformation of bioenergy. It not only marks that the group has established its dominant position in the bioenergy track with its hard strength, but also injects green momentum into my country's "dual carbon" goal.
The project collects about 2.73 million cubic meters of biogas generated during the treatment of domestic waste leachate. Weirley adopts the mature "wet desulfurization + refined desulfurization + pressure-switching adsorption purification" process route to efficiently convert biogas into high-quality bionatural gas (about 2.03 million cubic meters per year). The device operates stably, all key indicators meet design expectations, and the product temperament is better than the second-class standard of the national "Natural Gas" (GB17820-2018). It fully demonstrates the reliability and efficiency of Weirley technology.
The project is put into production and grid connection, purifying biogas into renewable green energy, effectively avoiding environmental pollution and achieving high-value resource utilization. At the same time, it has supplemented green energy to the urban gas pipeline network and optimized the energy structure. It is expected that carbon emissions can be reduced by about 6,800 tons per year, promoting energy carbon reduction, and helping my country's green transformation under the carbon neutrality target. Weirli Group will continue to deepen its efforts in the field of organic waste resource utilization, and use the dual-wheel drive of "technology + operation" to replicate and promote green energy projects nationwide, and contribute Weirli's plan to the construction of a beautiful China!
