On the road of green and low-carbon development, Weirli Group has continuously operated stably through the biogas resource utilization project of Hangzhou Linjiang Environmental Energy Co., Ltd., which is independently invested, constructed and operated by the biogas sector. Since it was successfully put into production on December 28, 2023, it has continued to operate stably, achieving a win-win situation of the triple benefits of environment, energy and economy.
This project is the largest biogas resource utilization project in Zhejiang Province. The project adopts the "biogas buffering booster + biogas purification + deep dehydration + pressure regulation and odorization metering" process, achieving 100% full purification and purification of biogas. The biogas produced meets the (GB 17820-2018) standard and is fully incorporated into the municipal natural gas pipeline network.
Technological breakthrough: Four core advantages lead the industry
The project adopts the alcohol amine purification process:
1. High-efficiency purification: methane recovery rate and product gas methane purity are both leading the industry level
2. Streamlined process: Integrated and synchronous removal of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, saving 30% of the area
3. Energy cycle: Cleverly use surplus steam in waste incineration plants to provide heating, reducing overall energy consumption
4. Intelligent operation: The automated system successfully deals with seasonal gas fluctuations (the gas volume in summer can reach more than twice in winter)
Since its inception, the project has been operated stably and has a stable and controllable temperament.

· Environmental benefits: 9.9 million cubic meters of biogas are processed annually, and the annual carbon dioxide emission reduction is about 23,000 tons, which is equivalent to planting 88,000 trees.
· Energy efficiency: Annual output of 6.69 million cubic meters of high-quality biogas, which can meet the annual gas needs of about 187,000 households
· Economic benefits: The unit biogas value has been greatly improved, creating a new business model for resource utilization of waste leachate
